Privacy policy: Data protection

1. In order to comply with the provisions in Spanish Data Protection Act (L.O. 15/1999 of 13th December) and its implementing Regulation (R.D. 1720/2007, of 21st December), C&P hereby informs you that any personal data pertaining to its Students or supplied through the forms contained in its websites shall be recorded in a file named "CUSTOMERS", registered with the Spanish General Registry for Data Protection (Registro General de Protección de Datos de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) under number 2071720688, for which COMUNICACIÓN Y PROTOCOLO, S.C.,, with VAT number ES-J-22318125 and corporatye address at Coso Alto 36, local, 22003 Huesca, Spain, –C&P- is responsible.

2. The aim of this personal data recording and treatment is allowing C&P manage, teach and market its Programs and keep its Students and potential students informed about any innovation or new development related to them. These personal data can also be disclosed to our services suppliers to guarantee their adequate service provision.

3. Any Student of their legal representative may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, update, cancellation and objection, as well as revoke the consent granted for all of any of the above-mentioned processing, by sending a written statement to info@programaeduca.es and including: their name, ID card/passport number, full address, date and signature, as well as any other document supporting your request, if needed.

4. Students or their legal representatives shall be liable for the veracity and accuracy of any personal data provided and only in case of holders of parental rights concerning minors and in connection with them, shall C&P accept the disclosure of personal data concerning third parties. Users shall assume all liability for direct or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of false, inaccurate, incomplete or non-updated data. Furthermore, C&P reserves its right to exclude from its Programs or services any Student having provided false data, notwithstanding any other legal action to which C&P may be entitled.

5. Students or their legal representatives expressly consent the processing of their personal data according to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy, including an authorization to C&P to use, release and publish in any media any and all picture or audio-visual material recorded in the course of our Programs and featuring our Students. They also consent to receive promotional offers concerning C&P´s Programmes through electronic bulletins sent by email. C&P may process these data and make them available to its services suppliers or to any collaborator, to the sole purposes of enabling service provision, report elaboration for statistical purposes or product and services promotion performed by third companies with whom C&P maintains business relationships.

6. All personal data collected shall be processed by using the security measures requested by Law to avoid their loss, damage or access by any unauthorised third party. User may nevertheless be aware of the fact that the existing security measures for computer systems on the Internet are not entirely trustworthy, that is why C&P expressly waives any liability arising out or in connection with any unauthorized access.

7. With the aim of improving its after-sales service, C&P may record any or all telephone conversations with Customers and Students and store them in the above-mentioned "Customers" file. Unless expressly denied by Customers and Students, consent to the recording of these conversations shall be deemed granted by phoning to C&P´s after-sales telephone numbers.

8. C&P reserves its right to modify its Privacy Policy to adapt it to the regulations in force or for any other reason, at any time.
